Used to expel kidney and bladder stones. Urinary tract inflammation, sand in urine, stoppage or painful urination, bleeding in urine, burning sensation, frequent urination, kidney pain and inflammation are all useful in relieving these symptoms.

COMPOSITION: Each 1ml contains: Acidum nitricum D6 (EHPI)
0.13ml, Berberis vulgaris D8 (EHPI) 0.13ml, Calcarea renalis D12 (EHPI) 0.13ml, Lycopodium clavatum D3 (EHPI) 0.13ml, Rubia tinctorum D8 (EHPI) 0.13ml, Sarsaparilla D3 (EHPI) 0.13ml.

INDICATIONS: Indicated in the treatment of kidney and bladder urinary tract infection, nephritis, cystopyelitis, stones, hydronephrosis and its associated symptoms like frequent urination, dysuria etc.

CONTRAINDICATION: NEPHSTON should not be used in case of known allergy hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of this medicine. NEPHSTON should not be given in patients with alcohol intolerance, bradycardia, gastrointestinal blockage and in urinary tract obstruction. Consult your doctor first before giving this medicine during pregnancy and the lactation period. Nephston should not be used in children with stomach and intestinal complaints like ulcers or IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). In case of disease severity or persistent conditions consult your physician for further continuation or discontinuation of the medicine.

SIDE EFFECTS: No side effects have been reported or observed to date. However, existing complaints may temporarily become worse when homoeopathic medicines are taken. Some individuals may experience aggravated existing symptoms like stomach irritation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, skin allergy, rash shortness of breath, excessive urination and congestion. In such cases, a Homoeopathic physician should be consulted and the medication. Discontinued if necessary.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES: There is no evidence that homoeopathic remedies interfere with other substances. Alcohol, tobacco and unhealthy lifestyle may affect the efficacy of Homoeopathic medicine, so try to avoid these habits for achieving the best results. It would not be anticipated that there would be any interaction with conventional medicine.

DOSAGE: 15 to 20 drops 3 times a day with some water. In acute cases, repeat the individual dose every hour till improvement starts.

Thoroughly rinse the mouth before taking the medicine. Take NEPHSTON either half an hour before or after meals and preferably keep them in your mouth for a while before swallowing. As soon as an improvement is felt, reduce the frequency of use.

WARNING: Do not take this medicine in large amounts, it may cause ethanol intoxication. If additional unexpected complaints arise, immediately consult your physician.

PRECAUTIONS: During the treatment avoid intake of a high protein diet including meat, tomatoes, spinach and white lentils. Keep this medicine away from heat sunlight, odour and dust. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from the reach of children.
