COMPOSITION: Each 1ml contains: Crataegus oxyacantha Ø (EHPI) 0.45ml, Convallaria majalis 8x (EHPI) 0.13ml, Ignatia amara 4x (EHPI) 0.13ml, Arnica montana 3x (EHPI) 0.01ml, Aurum chloratum 4x (EHPI) 0.13ml with excipients q.s.

INDICATIONS: Helpful to provide relief from conditions involving cardiac insufficiency, such as angina pectoris, Heart failure, irregular heart rhythm, and irregular pulse.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Aurotret is not to be used without a prescription from the doctor. Aurotret may cause some hypersensitivity reactions in patients with known allergic symptoms to Arnica Montana. Aurotret should not be taken with medicines having digitalis glycosides or in case of potassium insufficiency. Aurotret can only be given to children under 12 years of age, to pregnant and lactating women after consultation with your registered medical practitioner.

In case of disease severity or persistent conditions or if the pain is felt in the area of the heart, spreading into the arms, upper abdomen or neck, or if shortness of breath is experienced consult your registered medical practitioner for further continuation or discontinuation of the medicine.

SIDE EFFECTS: Taking Aurotret may cause nausea, vomiting and disturbances of the cardiac rhythm. Existing complaints may temporarily become worse when homoeopathic medicines are taken. In such cases, a doctor should be consulted and the medication may be discontinued if necessary.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES: Taking Aurotret with quinidine, calcium, diuretic preparation, and laxatives can increase effectiveness and side effects. Alcohol, tobacco and unhealthy lifestyle may affect the efficacy of Homoeopathic medicine, so try to avoid these habits for achieving the best results.

DOSAGE: ADULTS: Unless otherwise prescribed, should take 10 to 20 Drops 3 or 4 times a day with fresh water.
Children: Unless otherwise prescribed, should receive no more than 5 to 10 Drops 3 times a day with fresh water.
Take Aurotret either half an hour before or after meals and preferably keep them in the mouth for a while before swallowing. As soon as an improvement is felt, reduce the frequency of use.

WARNINGS: Overdose of Aurotret may cause intoxication due to cardiac glycosides. It may be life-threatening. Patients experiencing severe disturbances of cardiac rhythm should be closely monitored in ICU.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not exceed the dosage of the medicine. Keep this medicine away from heat sunlight, odour and dust. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from the reach of children.
